eCOGRA Adds Four Names to its List of Recommended Online Casinos

eCOGRA, the online gambling industry watchdog, has just added the names of four new online casinos to its list of recommended sites.  eCOGRA, which stands for eCommerce and Online Gambling Regulation and Assurance, is an organization that reviews online casino sites to determine if they run an honest and fair operation.  eCOGRA subjects the online casinos it reviews to a rigorous evaluation and assessment process and only grants its approval to those sites that meet the strict standards of just services and fair gaming established by the eCOGRA review board.  Once a site meets these standards, it is granted the eCOGRA “Play it Safe” seal of approval.  The “Play it Safe” seal is a coveted symbol within the online gambling industry and one most players know to look for when deciding which online casino to try out.

The latest sites to win the eCOGRA “Play it Safe” seal of approval are three online poker rooms, Pacific Poker Room, Colosseum Poker, and Wildjack Poker and the online casino called Big Dollar Casino.  Except for Pacific Poker Room, all of the sites run on Microgaming software.  Pacific Poker Room runs on Random Logic software.  The addition of these four online casino and poker sites to the eCOGRA list of recommended online casinos brings the total number on the list to 111.  21 of these are online poker rooms and 90 are online casinos.  eCOGRA is entirely independent and has no business affiliation or connection with any of the online casinos or poker rooms.
