"Online Casino Marketing Company Issued for $1,000,000,000"
1 Billion dollar gambling floatation to hit London Stock Exchange
One of the biggest newsmakers in the booming gambling industry is currently
online casino, Empire On-Line. Empire On-Line is maintaining the online gambling
industry’s news headline pole position by announcing that it is considering
going public on the London stock exchange and it is expected that the issue for
the company will be for one billion dollars.
This floatation, being made on the advice of an investment bank, will
be the largest issue ever in the history of online gambling. They based
their decision to go public on the amazing growth of the Internet gambling
industry and Empire On-Line’s management believes that the profits
from the one billion dollar issue will rise accordingly. First reported
by Jill Salinger, editor in chief at www.worlds-best-online-casinos.com,
Empire On-Line’s announcement of its plans to go public has enormous
implications for the Internet gambling industry and will be followed closely
by potential investors.
The Internet gambling industry continues to expand at incredible speed,
but despite this, the industry is not without its skeptics. Many people
maintain that just as the dotcom businesses crashed a few years back,
the Internet gambling industry will follow the same path. Skeptics and
critics aside, however, there is nothing to indicate that online gambling
businesses will fail in the near future, and everything, in fact, indicates
that the current expansion will continue unabated.
It is this current popularity that Empire On-Line CEO, Noam Lenir, is “betting
on” to take advantage of the opportunity make the move to go public
a success. It is interesting to note that Lenir is a native of Israel
where Internet gambling is not yet allowed. Lenir is the son of an Israeli
officer who is considered a Yom Kippur war hero here because he refused
to reveal sensitive information to his Syrian captors after he had been
captured and tortured.
Gambling is enjoying unprecedented popularity with the advent of the
Internet and the continual upgrading of connection speeds and new technology.
The ease, convenience, and privacy that gambling over the Internet provides
is the primary appeal of Internet gambling. In the past, anyone wanting
to gamble had to drive to casinos located in cities, sometimes far away
from their places of residence. Now they can gamble in the privacy and
convenience of their own home with just the click of the computer mouse.
