"Conference for Multi-Platform Gambling Industry"
New ideas and developing technologies to be discussed at a Multi-Platform Gambling Forum in London
The Royal Garden Hotel in London will be the venue for a Multi-Platform
Gambling Forum on June 28 th and 29 th of this year. Some of the key subjects
discussed at the conference were the union of online, interactive TV, cross-platform
games, mobile gaming, tournaments, and the various directions in which the industry
is heading. Discussion also took place on such subjects as advertising for cross-platform
gaming systems and the maintenance of a computerized back-office system. Invitees
to the conference included key players in the gambling industry.
It was decided that such a forum was necessary because of the rapidly
developing nature and expansion of the industry. With online gambling
and wireless gambling now universally available in addition to traditional
forms of gambling, the Multi-Platform Gambling Forum was an excellent
way to bring those involved in the Internet gambling industry together
so that they could learn about and explore the new ideas and developing
technologies that are contributing to the diversity of the gambling industry.
Organizers of the conference also hosted a “networking drinks” session,
which was planned to assist attendees of the conference to get to know
each other and possibly even form joint ventures.
Representatives of FUN Technologies, Orange, Gala and Chartwell Games attended
the conference and spoke and offered new ideas and information about the
Internet gambling business.
